No. CBD Oils from Hightops contain between 0 and 0.3% THC by volume, which is the compound in marijuana that can make you high. The trace amounts of THC in any CBD oil is negligible, though if you’re especially sensitive, you can always buy CBD oil made from 0.0% THC isolate in our broad spectrum formulas.

Due to the passing of the Hemp Farm Bill in December of 2018, all hemp-derived CBD products are currently federally legal. Hightops only sells hemp-derived CBD products.

Broad spectrum CBD contains CBD and well as other non-THC cannabinoids such as CBG, CBN and CBD-A, which is a great option for those who are looking for terpenes, cannabinoids, flavonoids, and fatty acids found in hemp, which some believe can create an “entourage effect” and make the CBD more bioavailable, though studies are still being done in this regard.
